On Monday, January 15th, Note in the Pocket, The Green Chair Project, Kramden Institute, WAKE Up and Read, and the Boys & Girls Club of Durham and Orange County will join forces to collect in-kind donations to support their respective missions and provide crucial resources to vulnerable children and families across the Triangle.
Join us at two locations for our 2nd annual MLK Collection Drive on Monday, Jan 15 from 10am-2pm.
Raleigh– The Green Chair Project (1853 Capital Boulevard)
Durham– Note in the Pocket (1010 Martin Luther King Jr Pkwy)
Our organizations will be collecting-
- Couches, Upholstered Chairs, Dining Tables and Chairs
- Dressers, Side Tables, Lamps, Wall Art and Accessories
- Dishware, Small Kitchen Appliances and Utensils
- Clothing and shoes of all sizes (infant-adult), Coats and New Underwear/Socks in Original Packaging
- School-Aged (K-8) Reading Materials
- Winter Coats (for adults and children)
- Laptops, Desktops, All-in-Ones, and Flat Screen Monitors
