Clothing is the Missing Piece of Puzzle

There’s a hidden crisis in our community - clothing insecurity. Children are lacking clothing that’s properly fitted, seasonally appropriate, and in good condition. While addressing clothing insecurity is not the only solution to educational equity, it’s a missing piece of the puzzle. Children who live in poverty often believe that their current reality is what their whole life will look like. It doesn’t feel as if they can access what others enjoy. A new wardrobe can make all the difference.
