To prepare for the 5K, consider downloading our “Couch to 5k 10-Week Training Guide.” Our guide is perfect for running beginners, as it gradually increases running intervals over a 10-week period. Training for our 5K is a fantastic way to get active, support our local community, and have fun with loved ones all while achieving a personal fitness goal.

2026 Registration is open!

Timed Runner- you will receive an official record of your finish time and be eligible for race awards.

Non-timed Participant- you will receive a non-time chipped bib for the 5k.

Kids Fun Run- must be 10 or younger to register for this event. Kids Fun Run will take place before the 5k start.

Virtual Rundie- Participate in our Virtual Rundie anywhere and anytime on race weekend. Virtual registrants will receive a race t-shirt and be eligible for special Virtual Rundie prizes!

Corporate Team and Group “Rundie Team” options are available.

First, Second and Third place custom medals will be given to the fastest in-person timed male and female runners in the following age brackets:

14 and Under, 15-19 years old, 20-29 years old, 30-39 years old, 40-49 years old, 50-59 years old, 60 years old +
