Raleigh Brewing, Trophy Brewing, and Crank Arm Brewing came together for a local American Craft Beer collaboration to support a local cause of clothing insecurity with Note in the Pocket, which is dedicated to clothing children and families with dignity and love.
American Craft Beer Week inspired Raleigh Brewing to approach Trophy Brewing and Crank Arm Brewing in a collaboration to support the community with Note in the Pocket. Each day of the week the collaboration beer was tapped in new locations to spread awareness across the triangle. The breweries and locations were supplied with a Note in the Pocket donation bin.
Director of Development, Sarah Caldwell, shared Note in the Pocket’s mission and how the organization goes beyond clothing donations. She shared about the importance of properly fitting clothing and how that feeling can bring students confidence.
The partnership allows Note in the Pocket to go beyond last year’s success of clothing over 8,000 individuals to a goal of clothing 10,000 individuals. At each event throughout the week, the locations collected clothing and brought people together to do good.
